Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping

OxygenCeuticals™ currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For shipping to all other locations, please contact us for details.

Free Shipping Minimums:

  • Contiguous United States: Free shipping on orders of $69 or more.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Free shipping on orders of $169 or more.

Orders below the applicable minimum purchase amount will be charged shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We make every effort to ship orders within one business day of receipt and processing by our sales office. However, during periods of peak demand, order processing and shipping may take longer.

Our normal order processing and shipping hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays typically ship the following Monday. Processing and shipping schedules may be adjusted due to office holidays and closures.

We encourage all customers to place orders 7–10 business days before the products are needed to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.

Once your order ships, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be sent to you via email.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight and expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge, calculated based on the order and shipping method selected.

Please note that standard order processing times apply to all expedited shipments. Therefore, next-day or second-day delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

Orders requiring overnight or expedited shipping must be received by our sales office no later than 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, to be eligible for same-day shipment. Orders received after this cutoff will ship on the next available business day.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For international shipments outside the United States, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. OxygenCeuticals™ has no control over these charges.

Delivery may be delayed if a shipment is held by local customs authorities.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Orders shipped to PO Boxes and military addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note that we cannot guarantee replacement of packages that are lost when shipped via USPS.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email within seven (7) business days.
